How We Measure Our Performance:

Passenger Experience: We measure passenger experience through frequent on-board passenger surveys, review of complaints and audits by independent organisations such as, Passenger  Focus
Safety: Safety is always our number one priority and is measured through rigorous vehicle maintenance checks, use of systems such as telematics and intensive driver training.
Environment: We continually seek to reduce carbon emissions through driving in a more fuel efficient manner and use of new technology such as, electric vehicles, harvesting rainwater in vehicles washes use of and nanotechnology fuel additives. We complete annual audit on our carbon emissions which is available on request.
